Flowers should be sent next day special delivery or dropped off to us as soon as possible. The sooner we receive your flowers the better they will dry. If there are any issues with your flowers when we receive them, we will contact you to discuss options.

Please be aware that the colour of the flowers may change during the drying process. Please also be aware that if there is an issue (for example, size) with your flowers regarding your chosen piece we will contact you to discuss options.

Due to the nature of resin and the handcrafting process, bubbles and small imperfections can be unavoidable. Whilst creating your unique piece, every care is taken to minimise bubbles and small imperfections.

When caring for your piece please use a soft cloth to clean and polish. Keep your piece out of direct sunlight to avoid any fading.
